Country House Wedding Venue Inch House Tipperary.

As a busy wedding videographer based in Tipperary I get to visit all the popular wedding venues in the Premier County, and also neighboring counties, Limerick, Waterford,

Kilkenny and Cork all of which are famous for “Country House Wedding venues:  also known as Hidden Ireland House Weddings.  Over the last couple of years I had  the pleasure of  recording many  “wedding videos:  at Inch House Thurles Co. Tipperary and it is fair to say that it is one of the finest wedding venues in Munster  Nestled in the heart of Co Tipperary’s rich country side, Inch House offers excellent and the heartiest of welcomes for every wedding.  Each one of the rooms in this Country House is individually decorated to the highest standard.  I really enjoy recording  weddings  at  Inch House  the quality and attention to detail is amazing.

The Egan family are proud owners of Inch House since 1985. The family bough the house and farm that surrounds the House with no idea of the treasure that lay inside this Georgian Mansion. John the Farmer, and Nora, The nurse along with their eight children have worked tirelessly to bring the dreams of Inch House to fruition and opened their home to guests in 1989.  They have come along way along that journey, however John & Nora will openly admit that they have left lots for the next generation to be carrying on with.

Recording a Wedding Video at Inch Country House is a very intimate affair, guests are welcomed in style into John & Nora’s glorious home, where they too can step back in time and enjoy the surroundings  of past generations.  Each wedding is tailored to suit each couple,  making  the day relaxed and enjoyable for Bride and Groom and their guests. The impressive beautiful grounds and secret chapel of Inch House do certainly make for the ideal wedding reception and of coarse for wonderful entertaining wedding films.

There are Weddings and then there are Hidden Ireland House weddings :

Finding the ideal wedding venue can be a challenge but Hidden Ireland’s portfolio of historic private country houses provides a wide variety of very special and unusual   wedding venues, all of which are an exciting  high-quality option to conventional hotels. Country Houses in Ireland are internationally known for their excellent food and high class accommodation,  many are ideal wedding venues with their splendid private gardens which are a wonderful backdrop for a perfect wedding day.

Wedding Video Waterford

This following clip is the highlight montage from a Waterford Wedding

which I had the pleasure of recording for Helen Carey & Stephen McCarthy.

Ballylaneen is a small village in County Waterford, Ireland, approximately halfway between the villages of Kilmacthomas and Bunmahon on a hill by the River Mahon.   St Anne’s Church is the main focal point of the village, it is a very old Church but it provides a lovely homely and intimate setting for a Traditional Wedding Ceremony and it is a popular choice of Wedding Ceremony by  Brides In Munster.  Helen & Stephen had their Wedding Reception in The Tower Hotel.  Situated in the heart of Ireland’s oldest city, The Tower Hotel Waterford is renowned for hosting Weddings In Waterford  for over fifty years.

It was lovely working with Helen & Stephen on their big day, they have requested having this Wedding Highlight Clip shared online with all their friends.  Sharing on Facebook is included with all Drangan Video Wedding Packages and Helen & Stephen were more than happy to avail of this.   The Wedding Photograper for the day was Kaie Kavanagh it was a real  pleasure working with her,  her style is easy going and very creative she is always up for a joke and a laugh which dose help to make everyone feel relaxed, looking forward to recording more Wedding DVDS In Waterford with her  in the near future.

This is a lovely text which I received from Helen complimenting me on a job well done.  Hi Eamon. We’ve just watched our DVD & we are just astounded at the entire production of it. There wasn’t one cringe moment in it for us & the quality & professionalism really stand out. But the non intrusion on our day is just mystifying considering how every moment was aptly captured. Thank you so much for everything & we are very happy for it to be shared on Facebook.

Humanist Wedding Ceremonies

There is quite allot of talk about Humanist Weddings  on TV and Radio and on Facebook. I have not recorded a Humanist Wedding Video as of yet, but I certainly would look forward to doing so in the near future.

Humanist Wedding Ceremonies

Why?

Traditionally most weddings were held in churches. The alternative was a registry office. Today, many couples do not want a religious service but want more than a registry office. For these couples a Humanist wedding offers the ideal solution.

Where?

Humanist weddings can be held anywhere – indoors or out in the open. Many couples choose to hold their ceremony in a hotel, country house or castle; others simply use their own garden. Some are held overseas – every year the list of venues gets longer.

When?

Humanist weddings can be held any day of the week. This is in contrast to registry office ceremonies which can only be held Monday to Friday. Humanist weddings can be conducted at any time of the day. They are often a little later than other weddings as there is usually no travel necessary from ceremony to reception.

How?

Humanist weddings are easy to arrange – simply make contact by email or phone Website   Please give plenty of notice as demand for Humanist ceremonies is growing all the time.

What are they like?

Humanist wedding ceremonies are composed individually to suit the couple’s specific requirements.  However they generally follow a generic pattern. The bride usually arrives in the traditional manner (but she doesn’t have to!) after which the celebrant says some words of welcome. After this there will be a mix of readings and music interspersed with appropriate words from the celebrant. Vows are made and rings are exchanged and then the celebrant will usually say some closing words before the happy couple leave amidst music and applause from their guests. Some couples like to light candles or have some other symbolism; others prefer a simpler, more straightforward ceremony. There are no rights and wrongs – the only real guidelines are that the ceremony should be secular and dignified.
Note: At present Humanist weddings do not carry legal status in Ireland and couples should make their own arrangements in this regard.
