One of the perks of been a wedding videographer in Kilkenny is the large choice of wedding venues that the city has to offer, all of them are top class locations and most are situated in kilkenny city.
In this weeks Drangan Video blog post we are featuring the wedding of Pam and Sean Dando who were married in Langtons Hotel they were one of the lucky Irish couples to get married before the covid lock-down in March 2020.
Langton House Hotel Kilkenny
Langtons provide a state of the art wedding service and have been listed as the top rated Wedding Venue in Leinster, Langton House Hotel has acquired numerous awards in many different areas of hospitality. The central location allows guests access to river walks, Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House, St Canice’s Cathedral, and all the high street shops that the Marbel City has to offer.
Sean and Pam’s Wedding Video Story
The story begins with Pam and her bridal party getting ready in Pam’s parents house in lower Conahy Kilkenny best known in local GAA circles as the home of the famous Conahy Shamrocks hurling club. It was a brave move for me as a Tipperary supporter making my way over the county border to record another Kilkenny wedding.
Pam’s bridal preps look great on video, lots of special moments with Pam her Mum & Dad and not forgetting the star of the film little flower girl Isla, who was not in no way camera shy, Pam’s mum lending a hand with the wedding dress is one of my favorite highlights from the morning preps.

Wedding Ceremony In Langtons Set Theatre
The hotel has so much to offer for a memorable wedding day exsperience the vibrant colors combined with expensive décor are the perfect setting for a wedding day to remember.
Sean and his Groomsmen arrived with time to spare for the 2:30pm ceremony in the wonderful Set Theatre in Langtons, it was an opportunity to capture video footage of the pe ceremony preparations including family shots with Sean and his family. The ceremony was discreetly captured with two video cameras the full ceremony was included in the final video edit.

Pam and Sean were a dream couple to work with, both so easy going relaxed and down to earth, thanks to them for choosing Drangan Video as their preferred choice for videography. They have kindly allowed their wedding film to be shared on Facebook and Instagram.
